We're planning three landscaped private retreats: two outdoor hot-tub gardens and a sauna with a cold plunge.
For the right host property, Xanadu could provide dependable lease income, complementary visitors, cross-promotion, and opportunities for special booking privileges or packages for your guests, customers, or members.
Xanadu would operate its own business. We're looking for a land lease, not an equity investment.
Approximately 100 × 70 feet (7,000 square feet) or more of suitable outdoor space, ideally between southern Eureka and northern McKinleyville.
Golf clubs, hotels, resorts, wellness businesses, and other property owners with attractive underused land are welcome to reach out.
