The Fire Garden Sauna is built around unusually deep, luxuriously wide tiered benches. The upper lounging benches reach about 32 inches deep, giving you dramatically more room than the narrow bench experience many people know from gyms and public saunas.
There is room to lie flat, stretch your whole body, roll over, sit upright, or simply take up space. This is a sauna designed for lingering, not perching.

A traditional electric rock heater is the thermal center of the room, delivering the deep dry heat and stone-heated atmosphere of a true sauna.
Integrated red light therapy adds a second experience without replacing the traditional sauna. Heat and red light live together in one private room.

The Fire Garden includes its own cold plunge, giving you a direct contrast between deep sauna heat and cold immersion without leaving the privacy of the retreat.

The retreat carries the fire theme beyond the sauna door: lava-rock textures, amber lighting, glowing landscape elements, dark paths, and a fire-like fountain create warmth even before you step inside.
